Tired all the time? Here's how we find out why

Everyone feels run down sometimes. Fatigue that lingers for weeks, or keeps you from things you enjoy, deserves a real look. At Reset You MD, a physician starts with your story and the right labs, so your plan is built around what is actually going on.

What might be going on

Fatigue is a symptom, not a diagnosis, and it often has more than one cause. Common contributors include:

  • Short or poor-quality sleep, including sleep apnea
  • Thyroid problems, anemia, low vitamin D, or other nutrient gaps
  • Blood sugar and metabolic changes
  • Hormone shifts, such as perimenopause or low testosterone
  • Stress, low mood, anxiety, or side effects from medications

How we evaluate it

Your consultation is unhurried and physician-led. Dr. Chander reviews your sleep, diet, activity, stress, medications, and when the fatigue began. When it adds value, we order labs for thyroid, metabolic markers, vitamins, nutrients, and hormones, or review results you bring. We look for patterns, not a single number.

Treatments we offer

Treatment follows the cause, and sleep, nutrition, and movement come first. Depending on your evaluation, options may include:

  • Hormone Therapy for Women — estrogen and progesterone when perimenopause or menopause is part of the picture
  • Testosterone Therapy for Men — considered only when symptoms and repeat morning labs confirm low testosterone
  • IV Hydration Drips — fluids, electrolytes, and nutrients, most useful when dehydration contributes
  • NAD+ IV Therapy — a cellular-support infusion some patients try for energy; research is still developing

When to see your doctor first

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room if fatigue comes with chest pain, trouble breathing, or fainting. The same goes for a racing or irregular heartbeat, severe abdominal pain, unusual bleeding, or a severe headache.

See your primary care doctor first for unexplained weight loss, fever or night sweats, or new leg swelling. If you feel hopeless or have thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988.

If none of this fits, book a Complimentary Consultation. Dr. Chander will review your symptoms, history, and any recent labs, and will tell you plainly if you should be seen elsewhere first.

Questions

Common questions

Do I need labs before my first visit?

No. Bring recent results if you have them; otherwise we order what fits your symptoms after we talk.

Can IV therapy fix fatigue?

It may help when dehydration or a nutrient gap is part of the picture. Evidence for general energy benefits in healthy people is limited, so we treat it as one tool, not a cure.

How long until I feel better?

It depends on the cause. Some patients notice changes within weeks, while others need months of adjustment. Results vary.
