IV & NAD+ Wellness

IV hydration & vitamin drips in Winter Garden, FL

IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into your bloodstream. In our IV Lounge you can choose from five signature drips: Hydration, Immune Boost, Performance, Wellness, and NAD+. IV therapy is a wellness service, not a substitute for medical care, and we screen every patient before every infusion.

How IV therapy works

An IV bypasses digestion, so fluids reach your bloodstream faster than when you drink them. Faster does not necessarily mean a greater health benefit, and research on vitamin drips for general wellness is limited. Each drip combines IV fluids with vitamins and minerals chosen for a goal.

Our signature drips

Patients choose drips for recovery after training or travel, when feeling run down, or as part of a broader plan. Ongoing fatigue can have medical causes, so we may suggest labs or a consultation first.

  • Hydration: replenish and rebalance
  • Immune Boost: support your body's defenses
  • Performance: support energy and recovery
  • Wellness: whole-body support, from the inside out
  • NAD+: a longer infusion focused on cellular energy (see our NAD+ page)

What your visit involves

  • A brief health screening before every infusion: conditions, medications, allergies, and pregnancy
  • A small IV is placed, and you settle into comfortable lounge seating
  • Most drips take about 45 to 90 minutes, and NAD+ runs longer
  • You head back to your day when it is finished

What to expect and safety

You will feel a small pinch when the IV is placed. Bruising, soreness, or vein irritation at the IV site can occur, and some people feel lightheaded. Less often, it can cause infection, fluid overload, allergic reactions, reactions to high vitamin or mineral doses, or medication interactions.

Wellness drips are generally not appropriate for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who have kidney disease, heart disease, or high blood pressure. Please also tell us about G6PD deficiency, kidney stones, and allergies. High-dose vitamin C can cause red blood cell breakdown or kidney problems in some people. Fever, vomiting, or severe dehydration need medical care, not a wellness drip.

Good to know

IV therapy is a wellness service, not a substitute for medical care. The FDA has approved some IV vitamin products for specific medical uses. Examples are IV multivitamins for people who receive nutrition through a vein and IV vitamin C for short-term treatment of scurvy. Those approvals do not cover general wellness, energy, immunity, or athletic recovery. Drips that combine several ingredients are compounded, not FDA-approved, products. The FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded drugs before they are marketed. Results vary.

Questions

IV Hydration & Vitamin Drips FAQ

Does it hurt?

You will feel a small pinch when the IV is placed. After that, most people relax comfortably for the rest of the session.

Can I just drink water and eat well instead?

Often, yes. IV fluids work faster than drinking, but speed does not necessarily mean added benefit. For most healthy people, drinking fluids and eating well cover the basics.

How often can I come?

It depends on the drip, your health, and your goals. We will recommend a schedule at your screening, and more is not always better.

Which drip should I choose?

That is what the screening conversation is for. We will recommend a drip based on how you feel and what you want, and explain what is in it.
