IV & NAD+ Wellness

NAD+ IV therapy in Winter Garden, FL

NAD+ is a molecule in every cell that helps turn food into energy and supports DNA repair. We offer NAD+ infusions in our IV Lounge for adults interested in cellular health. The research on IV NAD+ is still early, and we will go over what is and is not known before you decide.

What NAD+ is and what research shows

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) helps cells make energy and supports DNA repair and cell signaling. It is often said to fall with age, based on animal and tissue studies. A 2026 study of seven human groups found that whole-blood NAD+ stayed stable with age, so the picture is not settled.

Oral NAD+ precursor supplements raise blood NAD+, but their effects on energy, sleep, and aging have been mixed. A 2026 systematic review found no controlled trials of IV NAD+ for anti-aging or wellness. Small IV studies describe how the body handles NAD+, not whether it improves how you feel.

Who it's for

NAD+ may suit adults who want cellular-health support as one piece of a broader plan. That plan also covers sleep, nutrition, movement, and, when appropriate, hormone care. You should understand that the evidence is early, and NAD+ is not a treatment for any disease. We review your history, medications, and any pregnancy or breastfeeding before every infusion, and some people should not receive it.

What your visit involves

Every infusion starts with a brief health screening. A small IV is placed in your arm, and the NAD+ runs slowly. NAD+ takes longer than our other drips, typically one to three hours or more depending on the dose. Our team checks on you throughout and can slow or pause the infusion if you feel unwell.

What to expect and safety

In small studies, people receiving IV NAD+ reported nausea, cramping, headache, flushing, and chest tightness, and some needed slower infusion rates. In those studies, symptoms ended once the infusion finished. Tell your team right away if you feel any of them, so the rate can be slowed. Long-term safety data are limited.

Good to know

NAD+ infusions are not FDA-approved. The NAD+ used for infusion is prepared by compounding pharmacies. The FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded drugs before they are marketed. It lists NAD as a bulk ingredient still under evaluation for compounding. In 2024 it reminded compounders to use ingredients suitable for sterile injections after reports of chills, shaking, and vomiting. Results vary.

Questions

NAD+ IV Therapy FAQ

Does NAD+ slow or reverse aging?

There is no good evidence that it does. Studies so far are small, and results are mixed. We describe NAD+ as one possible part of a broader plan, not an anti-aging fix.

Why does an infusion take so long?

Running NAD+ slowly helps reduce flushing, cramping, and nausea. Plan on one to three hours or more, and bring something to read.

How often can I have NAD+ infusions?

It depends on your goals, your health, and how you feel during infusions. We will recommend a schedule after your screening, and more is not always better.

Is IV NAD+ the same as NAD+ supplements?

No. Oral products such as NR and NMN are supplements, while IV NAD+ is a compounded medication. They are different products, and research on each is still developing.
