Weight Management

Medical Weight Management

Weight is not a willpower problem — it's metabolic, hormonal, and behavioral. Our physician-supervised program looks at the whole picture and uses the right tools for you, including prescription medications when they're appropriate.

Who it's for

Is this right for you?

  • Adults who have tried diet and exercise without lasting results
  • People with metabolic concerns such as insulin resistance or prediabetes
  • Anyone who wants medical guidance, accountability, and a plan that protects muscle while losing fat

What's included

  • Comprehensive consultation and metabolic labs
  • Body-composition analysis
  • A personalized nutrition and movement plan
  • Prescription GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 medications — semaglutide and tirzepatide — when medically appropriate
  • Retatrutide, the next-generation triple-agonist, as it becomes available (currently in late-stage trials and not yet FDA-approved)
  • Regular follow-ups to adjust dosing and support
  • A strategy for maintaining results after the program

Medications we prescribe

  • Semaglutide — once-weekly GLP-1 injection with a long track record
  • Tirzepatide — dual GIP/GLP-1 injection, among the most effective options available
  • Retatrutide — triple-agonist in late-stage trials; we'll discuss eligibility and availability once it is FDA-approved

Good to know

Prescription weight-loss medications require a medical evaluation and are not appropriate for everyone. We'll discuss eligibility, side effects, cost, and alternatives before starting. Individual results vary.

Questions

Medical Weight Management FAQ

Do you offer semaglutide and tirzepatide?

Yes — both, when medically appropriate, as part of a supervised program that includes labs, follow-up, and a plan for maintaining results. Retatrutide will be added once it is FDA-approved and available.

How often will I be seen?

Typically monthly during active treatment, with adjustments in between as needed.

Will I lose muscle?

Preserving lean mass is a priority. We track body composition and pair any medication with protein targets, resistance training, and other supportive therapies where appropriate.
