Hormone Optimization
Fatigue, stubborn weight, poor sleep, low libido, brain fog, mood changes — hormones influence all of it. We start with a thorough evaluation and comprehensive labs, then build a plan that fits your biology and your goals.
Is this right for you?
- Women navigating perimenopause and menopause symptoms
- Men with symptoms of low testosterone
- Adults with persistent fatigue, sleep disruption, or difficulty maintaining muscle and weight despite a good routine
- Anyone who wants a clear picture of their hormonal health before deciding on treatment
What we evaluate
- Sex hormones: estradiol, progesterone, and total, free, and bioavailable testosterone with SHBG
- Thyroid function and metabolic markers
- Adrenal, vitamin, and nutrient status
- Additional labs guided by your symptoms and history
Treatment options
- For men: testosterone, HCG, and enclomiphene
- For women: testosterone, progesterone, and estrogen
- Available as injections, sublingual troches, creams, pills, and implanted pellets
- Testosterone pellets for men typically last 5–6 months; testosterone and estrogen pellets for women typically last 3–5 months
- If your symptoms and lab results indicate a need for a specific hormone therapy, you choose the method of administration that works best for you
- Thyroid support, targeted supplementation, and nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle strategies

Hormone Optimization FAQ
How soon will I notice a difference?
Many patients notice changes within the first several weeks, though it often takes a few months of monitoring and adjustment to settle on the right plan. We recheck labs along the way.
Do I need labs before my first visit?
No. If you have recent results, bring them. Otherwise we'll order what's needed after your consultation.
Is hormone therapy safe?
Like any medical treatment, it carries benefits and risks that depend on your health history — which is exactly why we begin with an evaluation and monitor throughout treatment.
Do I have to use pellets or injections?
No. If your symptoms and labs show a need for a specific hormone, you choose the delivery method that fits your life: injections, sublingual troches, creams, pills, or pellets.
