Medical-grade facials in Winter Garden, FL
Every facial here is planned around your skin type, your concerns, and your lifestyle. Our licensed medical aesthetician customizes your treatment with medical-grade products, under Dr. Chander's medical direction. Many patients also use facials to keep skin fresh between injectable treatments.
How a medical-grade facial works
Your aesthetician begins by assessing your skin and talking through your goals and routine. Depending on what your skin needs, your facial may include deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, extractions, hydrating or calming masks, and targeted serums. Here, "medical-grade" means professional-strength products selected and used under medical oversight.
Who it's for
- Dull, dehydrated, or uneven-looking skin
- Congestion and occasional breakouts
- Maintenance between injectables, peels, or microneedling
- Anyone who wants a personalized skincare plan for home
What your visit involves
Most facials take under an hour. We review your skin and any medications or products you use, treat your skin, and explain a home routine to carry your results forward. If your skin needs a different approach, such as a peel or SkinPen microneedling, we will tell you and plan the right order and timing.
What to expect and safety
Facials are generally gentle, and most people return to their day right away. Some notice mild redness or temporary sensitivity afterward. Rarely, a product can cause an allergic or irritant reaction. Please tell us if you take or have taken isotretinoin or use prescription retinoids. Also tell us about rosacea, eczema, cold sores, allergies, or pregnancy, so we can adjust your treatment.
Good to know
Facials are cosmetic services meant to improve how skin looks and feels. They do not treat medical skin conditions. The FDA does not require most cosmetic products to be approved before sale, and terms such as "medical-grade" and "cosmeceutical" are not legal categories. If we notice something that needs medical attention, such as a changing mole or a persistent rash, Dr. Chander can evaluate it or refer you. Results vary.
Medical-Grade Facials FAQ
Which facial is right for me?
Your aesthetician assesses your skin, your routine, and your goals, then recommends a facial or a series. Nothing is one-size-fits-all.
What does "medical-grade" mean?
It describes professional-strength products used in a physician-directed practice. It is a descriptive term, not an FDA category, and we are glad to explain what is used on your skin.
Can I have a facial around Botox, fillers, or microneedling?
Often, yes, but timing matters. We will plan the order and spacing of your treatments so each one works well.
How often should I have a facial?
It depends on your skin and goals. Many patients start with a series, then move to maintenance visits. We will suggest a schedule after your skin consultation.
